Brooklyn Grill & Cafe in Bristol

Some of the best food in our area for sure but be prepared...it's a bit pricey. With that being said what we had was delicious and the portions are extremely generous. Our server was very friendly and accommodating to our vegetarian diet and our two year old grandson. For a Saturday night business seemed incredibly slow. I hope they make it because we'll be back.

My new favorite! Laura's recommendations were perfect. Everything was delicious. (And we each have another meal!) I don't know how I've never heard of (or noticed) this place.

A Wonderful Surprise!!! The food was prepared to perfection, no seasoning required. Excellent !!! The wait staff was polite and just the right amount of attentive. The experience is great. Any opportunity to be here, will be enjoyed.

Wow!! To be honest, being a New Yorker on a road trip when I saw this place I expected it to be terrible but it was like 9 pm and my group was starving and this was the first place we saw out of our hotel so starving beggars cant be choosers. Well it turned to be the second best meal I had on the drive from Boston to the little rock (number 1 being dry BBQ ribs but who can compete with a rib shack)The crab burger is a must with almost no breading and plenty of crabs. All the food looked fresh and tasty! And plus, I always want to take a photo with the Statue of Liberty

Stumbled upon this gem with Tia as our server. My hubby is Gluten Free and Tia said they can alter almost any meal as GF. I went for the special - Fresh pan seered Halibut with a mango salsa. Hubby went for the special Double cut pork chop with 2x baked potato. Fresh sauted broccoli, snap peas and spinach all good. Ceasar salad came with tomatoes but sure, ok. Shrimp cocktail appetizer was tasty. Great meal.

My boyfriend and I went here for his birthday today and we were both very satisfied with the food and service. Nice private ambiance . 5 stars. It is going to run you about 60-80 for two people .

This place is fantastic , refreshingly clean and quiet . The food was fabulous to say the least ! The waitress was very nice and very flexible with the menue and aimed to please .I will definitely be coming back !! I just cant believe I've never been here before ...The Lambchops and fried oysters were a special for tonight and i must say i just do not have words to describe how good everything was .

Anniversary dinner. Great food and quiet atmosphere. Love the personal service, sweet waitress. Mahi, mahi great as well as filet with crab meat.

Went here for a special dinner with my family. Have been here several times and as always, the food and service was fabulous! The owners and staff are always very attentive and make us feel special. Our lump crab appetizer was sweet and delicious. My filet was so tender and done perfectly. The asparagus was delicious and the twice-baked potato was light and fluffy. The food is upscale but the atmosphere is comfy and friendly. The cost is well worth the experience!

Food is absolutely top shelf! Pleasant atmosphere, fantastic desserts! If you're looking for a place to add to your "finer things" list, this is it! I don't know of another restaurant in the Tri-Cities that delivers from start to finish like Brooklyn Grill.

Always heard good reviews about this place so I was down at the golden rule tattoo parlor and the artist said it was the place for a good steak bit pricey but worth it I was told so I set a reservation for 630 early dinner we were the 3rd party sat down ordered everything was going good I couldn’t wait to eat a almost 30 dollar steak I ordered med rare when my steak showed up at my table 1 hour later it was charred black and well done totally ruined my first and last experience there ( if I was the chef I would be embarrassed by the food served tonight ) then I was insulted when they gave me a gift certificate for a free Entrée why would I go back to a place that couldn’t even get a simple steak right the first time I wasn’t impressed with the Brooklyn Grill 2 star Restaurant with 4 star price

Awesome food great service 4 stars all day

Had a very good meal here about two weeks ago and will certainly stop again if I’m nearby. My other half had a large lunch and wasn’t hungry, but when she saw onion soup on the menu she had to try it. She said it was the best onion soup she ever had.

The food is great! They have the best ribeye in Tri-Cities...hands-down. When they have lamb you need to get it. It’s awesome, but it’s not on the regular menu. Seared tuna is to die for. Oysters aren’t on the menu, but Carl almost always serves fried oysters when they are in season. You won’t find better oysters in this area. If you haven’t been to Brooklyn Grill... you need to go!

My husband is 63, and has also traveled all over the US, he said this was the best steak he has ever eaten , I must agree. It was a Saturday Evening about 5 o'clock pm. Strangely there were Very few customers and the ones that were there seemed to be regulars. If you are looking for a great romantic hideaway for your spouse and yourself or just in afternoon corporate lunch this is the place. Pricey but well absolutely worth every dime. The steak melted in my mouth literally. The next time I choose a steakhouse it will be this one. Order The filet mignon medium, you can thank me later.

I ate here on a business trip. I didn't have a lot of expectations when I walked in, but it was really, really good. The service was wonderful, and the food was from scratch cooking... perfectly executed. I'm a chef by profession, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great first experience at the eating establishment. Staff were excellent food was the best we've had in Bristol. will best seeing you soon.

Was not impressed with the food. Had a 40 dollar steak that was cooked right but covered with way to much sauce. Had no flavor at all. My wife got the salmon Rockefeller and it was not very good either nuts and cream of spinach is not a good topping for salmon. Calamari had to be from a frozen food section no flavor very dry and cold. At over 100 dollars for 2 people to eat I expected much better food. (I did eat everything that was brought to the table due to price not because it was good) The waitress was very nice and helpful.

I simply loved it.

This restaurant is consistently great and we go here for special occasions as the food is very delicious! My husband and I love it! The prices are on the higher side, however for the quality of food that you get it is definitely totally worth it. One of the ladies that works there is wonderful she always comes over to the table and greets you, chats with you, and recommends some of her favorite dishes.

My family and I absolutely love the Brooklyn Grill. The food is delicious and Plates very well. The food is fresh and the portions are awesome. The service is friendly and attentive. Our drinks were topped off without us having to say a word and we were allowed to sit and enjoy our dinner in privacy without feeling obligates to talk to the server every time she came by to check on us or bring us something. The server simple took care of our stuff without much interference. The Pasta Primavera and Salmon Rockefeller is absolutely delicious! Such a grest place to eat as a family, couple, or by yourself for some "me" time.

We stopped here on our way home to Pa on a whim. Let me tell you we are so glad we did. Not only are they very accommodating but the food was exceptional and it is obvious that the chef takes pride in his preparation and presentation. If we are ever in the area again this place is must stop for us!!

The food was perfect!! Crab cakes are amazing steaks cooked perfect cheesecake is out of this world and the French onion soup is by far the best I have ever had. Service was amazing!!! 5 stars is not enough

To break it down, this is 5 star food with 3 star ambiance, but IMO 5 star food deserves a 5 star rating. I would definitely eat here again.

Wow. This place was amazing. We were visiting friends in Abington and ventured over to Brooklyn. We tried the fried calamari and stuffed mushrooms. For the enter I had one their steaks with the twice baked potato. It was superb. I would definitely go back.

Once again me and the wife turned to Karl and crew at Brooklyn grill, and once again we were not in anyway disappointed! I got the ahi tuna, INCREDIBLE, and my wife got her standard steak au provie, incredible meal, great atmosphere, just all around amazing!

Stopped in at The Brooklyn Grill and Cafe while shopping in Bristol, VA today with my sister. The pastrami and red cabbage sandwich was absolutely delicious and the homemade chips were perfect with the sandwich. My sister had the chicken salad and she enjoyed her lunch as much as I did mine. Will make it a point to eat there more often. Service was great and the people are very friendly!
